Just putting it out there 1. Keep exercising - be it cycling, taking a walk, or a 5 minute plank. 2. Eat better. 3. Keep up the hydration. Okay that's all may I fall sick less in 2018.

I don't know how this blog is still alive I check in like once a year, cringe like mad reading all my old (and now private) posts. Can't bear to delete this because of all the good memories man. Erm perhaps my resolution for 2018 will be to start blogging again. Money money money

Something about the last quarter of the year makes me spend a lot of money... Staycation Bought a new laptop for work (MBP 2015 upgraded all specs thank you very much job security) Bought The Sims game because IT WAS ON SALE AND FINALLY I HAVE A MACHINE (see above) TO PLAY IT ON!!!! Switched ISP to ViewQuest and choosing to pay the bill annually because I friggin' can?! And also got 5% discount. Changes

I hate changes, or more specifically, I hate being out of my comfort zone. It's a miracle (and blessing) I like to travel. This past 1-2 years has been so full of changes I am still struggling to catch up. I've changed jobs again (yay). I honestly thought 2015 was shitty but 2016 turned out worse (not because of the world news I am not that far sighted). I lost a friend who died by suicide. And I feel so selfish (because really, it's for my comfort) saying this but I miss her so much. We started work at my previous company on the same day, and I saw her, this young looking girl also at the office, and I remember saying to myself "Omg is she also a designer? I must do better than her." But nah she turned out to be in the marketing team and also one of the best colleagues ever. The year before I lost an acquaintance, also to suicide. We weren't close but we saw each other a few times after graduating, mostly at parties. His funeral was the 4th I'd atte...

New job!

Erm sad to say I have not touched anything on my to-do list in FREAKING MAY LOL. And I need to add on or maybe I shouldn't if not I won't do it lol. Erm nothing much just wanted to say I changed jobs (Aug 3) and I have my own office. J/k it's a temp seat until they get my seat fixed or something... This is actually a small meeting room that is connected to my boss's office (door on the right side, out of pic). Anyway that's all. Bye.

1069 calories

I was happily munching on some fruit chips (banana, jackfruit, taro, pumpkin, pineapple) from Laos and of course I had to read the nutritional facts (I always read those) on the back of the package. 1069 calories per serving. 1 serving = 200 grams.The entire bag of chips weigh 200 grams. At this point I had to inform my colleagues who were all unruffled by this and I'm just like WHY IS IT SO HIGH IN CALORIES OH GOD. Usually I try not to count calories because it's not useful to me but I am trying not to overeat so I read it and calculate but for snacks only. Er. But anyway I got to thinking; in the grand scheme of things (whatever it is), will anything matter? If nothing matters in the future then why does it matter now? And so I continued eating the chips. And I'll try not to finish all 200 grams of it if only to make myself feel better.
